Additional terms for registered Users

In order to access Chat, e-mail, News groups, Personal web pages and other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group you need to register as a member (these services can also be accessed as a guest. But a guest will not be able to use certain facilities). In addition to the general terms of use the following additional terms shall govern:

In consideration of your use of the services, you will be required to provide personal information Avanilaya reserves the right to terminate or cancel your registration if Avanilaya has reason to believe that you have provided false or misleading registration information. All registration information is subject to our privacy policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorised by you.

You shall not send/submit/post/upload/e-mail or otherwise transmit messages or material that are unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable of any kind or nature that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence or give rise to a civil liability of any kind. Avanilaya reserves the right to delete any such material at its sole discretion.

You shall not send/submit/post/upload/e-mail or otherwise transmit messages or material that are deemed to be unauthorised or unsolicited advertising or promotional material, or any other form of solicitation.

You shall not send/submit/post/upload/e-mail, or otherwise transmit, messages or material that contain software virus, or any other files that are designed to interrupt, destroy, limit, and/or negatively affect, the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunication equipment, or other user's ability to engage in real time exchanges.

You alone are responsible for the content transmitted by you or through your User Name and shall indemnify and keep Avanilaya indemnified against any claim including attorney fees for violation of any third party intellectual property or proprietary rights.

All content submitted/posted to/on Avanilaya becomes the property of Avanilaya and you grant Avanilaya a roytitley-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display the content in whole or in part world-wide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed and warrant and represent that you have the right to grant such a license, however, personal information submitted during registration would be covered by the Privacy policy.

Avanilaya content is the intellectual property of its owners. Any copying, republication of redistribution of Avanilaya content, including by caching, framing or similar means, is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of Avanilaya. Avanilaya shall not be liable for any errors or delays in content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon.

Avanilaya reserves the right, without prior notice, to deactivate or delete your e-Mail account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to them, if you do not access the same for a continuous period of 150 days. In such cases all stored e-Mail and addresses will be forthwith deleted and inbound mail will be refused. Your login ID will however continue to remain in force for Avanilaya services, if any, other than e-mail. If you wish to re-activate your e-mail account at any time in future, you will have to send mail to Avanilaya to this effect.

Avanilaya has no responsibility or liability for the loss or deletion of any stored e-Mail data or messages and other communications or content maintained/transmitted and Avanilaya shall have absolutely no liability in connection with the same. The following are the only times when content may be disclosed if required by law. That is, to comply with legal process, to enforce the terms of use, respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Avanilaya, its users and the public.
